The Swope PFA aims to support the students and faculty in achieving educational excellence. Educators are welcome to apply for financial support from the PFA for endeavors that benefit the educational betterment of the students of Swope Middle School.
To apply for funding from the PFA, please download, print and complete the form below. Completed funding applications should be placed in the PFA’s mailbox in the office. Please allow 30 days from the date of application for review of your request.
